2018-D007: “Disaster Resilience Policy”
Commends Episcopal Relief and Development, urges the federal government to support long-term economic recovery from natural disasters (many of which are caused or exacerbated by climate change), and urges the U.S. to invest in climate-change disaster and resilience planning.
