2018-A014: The Use of Carbon Offsets
Recognizes the reality of human-caused climate change and the contribution of fossil-fuel-based transportation, and requires Episcopal Church Center staff to test a carbon-offset program in the next three years for their frequent required travel. Requests a $25,000 budget.
